This is the work the group did in class when watching last years music videos
we were asked to tick the boxes if the videos contained the elements we made a comment and gave a score out of 40.
I (sophie) did the first wombats video, the fith kooks video and the sixth pippets. the first wombats video hard really long shot times and the video itself had little narrative, however they did lip sync making it believable to be a music video. They also used a range of shot types which also helped boost there grade.
The kooks video used a varity of shots, they had lipsyncing and used instuments. the group had a strong and interesting narrative making the video interesting.
the pippets video used all elements had preformance lipsycning and had a strong narrative, they did all these to an execellent standard, using a variety of locations made the video interesting aswell as them using a variety of diffrent characters central to the main character.
overall the pippets was my favourite as they were able to give the best example of a good music video due to its entertainment value and its excellent quality.
