General Description

The location is a large hall with a stage which is perfect for the dance and performance scenes of the music video. It is used for a variety of public things such as Weight Watchers, Beavers, Cubs Scouts etc. and more. It is also available for hire to be used for parties and other occasions.

Lighting

The room is very well lit with windows all around around the room as well as light fittings on the wall, however we plan on the room being fairly dark so the curtains shall be closed and spotlights will be used on the actors for effect. The camera will need white balancing.

Sound and Noise

The hall is next a road however not many cars go past and the hall is well sound proofed with double glazed windows etc.

Health and Safety

There would be trip hazards due to power lines to spot lights and instruments causing trip hazards. There are fire hazards in the form of curtains but it is really really unlikely that they shall actually set fire. Machinery shall be the camera, spot lights and various instruments. There shall be no street crime due to it being a hired venue.
