Website analysis and research: Miles Kane

Images & logo: Miles Kane logo at the top of the webpage video underneath of him playing live with other videos on the right side. Including the making of his video and acoustic versions of his songs. Columbia records logo in the left corner of the webpage.

Genre: indie genre due to the simplistic layout bold colours and black and white images.

New technology & links: many interesting features, widget gig tracker showing where on the British Isles the next gig will be. Links to his twitter, myspace, facebook & youtube accounts. RRS live news meaning that the site can be updated anywhere and not just a computer (e.g phone) meaning it’s up to date. You can join the community fan page where you sign in and talk to other fan members and can ask questions to Miles Kane.

Colour and style: white background, red & white text.  Easy to see tabs to the other pages when scrolling down your able to see important information such as latest news and  upcoming gigs.

Written content: not to heavily contented, main details and facts up there nothing to lengthy easy to read & easy to understand.

Font & layout: black and red lettering on a white background, very easy to read the key information bold writing and large lettering also help.

Target audience: 16-25 year olds very up to date technology wise appeals to the type of audience, mailing list of news for fans and online forum.

Advertisements: Columbia records logo advertising the record label, link to store and a advertisement of his latest album.
